Our Cooperation
Abdelkader and Fatima Zohra (Annette) work within Tanger Appartement as equal partners. We both live in Tangier and are present in the city on a daily basis. This allows us to provide personal supervision, to act quickly when necessary and to communicate in a warm and clear manner with European owners.
Together, we form a stable and committed team. We know your apartment, inspect it regularly and manage it with care.
Even when you are in Europe, we ensure that your property in Tangier is in safe hands and that everything is followed up in a calm, personal and transparent way.

Rol of Abdelkader – On-Site Supervision and Follow-Up
Abdelkader is responsible for supervision, inspections and practical follow-up in and around the apartment.
Thanks to his daily presence in Tangier, he can quickly identify minor issues, contact concierges and professionals immediately, and ensure that your property remains in good condition while you are in Europe.
Rol of Fatima Zohra (Annette) -Communication, Coordination and Support
Fatima Zohra (Annette) is your dedicated point of contact. She ensures clear coordination, well-structured reports, precise feedback and the smooth organisation of appointments and practical matters relating to the apartment. She oversees the overall picture, planning and the quality of both supervision and management.
Abdelkader
My name is Abdelkader. I was born and raised in Morocco and have been working in Tangier for many years. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in the supervision and management of apartments in Tangier for European owners who are not always able to be present. Because I am in the city every day, I can provide personal supervision, respond quickly when needed and offer owners peace of mind and security from a distance.
I am the local point of contact: present, committed and attentive. When an owner entrusts us with their apartment, I carry out regular inspections and ensure that the property remains in good condition, even when the owner is in Europe. I work calmly and methodically, provide practical solutions where required and take responsibility for everything that falls within my supervision.
Over the years, I have built a strong and reliable network within the local administrative authorities in Tangier.
Obtaining permits and authorisations for renovations or construction works is often a complex and bureaucratic process in Morocco. Thanks to my legal knowledge, my experience with these procedures and my direct contacts within the relevant departments, I can guide these processes carefully. Owners therefore know exactly which steps are required and the authorisation process runs as smoothly and clearly as possible.
I deal with minor issues promptly and pragmatically, so that they do not develop into more serious concerns. This ensures clear, secure and reliable supervision of apartments in Tangier for European owners who are not always on site.
My mother tongues are Darija and French. I can make myself understood in English and Spanish. This language ability allows me to communicate clearly with both local partners and European owners, and to avoid misunderstandings during inspections, maintenance and works.
I am described as reliable, attentive and pragmatic. I attach great importance to clear agreements and honest communication. For me, good supervision of an apartment is not only about inspections, but also about treating someone else’s property with respect and care, and contributing to a sense of safety and trust — exactly what owners need when they entrust their apartment in Tangier from a distance.
Fatima Zohra (Annette)
My name is Fatima Zohra (Annette). I am a Dutch woman living and working in Tangier. I am described as reliable, attentive and warm in my way of communicating. I listen carefully, paying attention both to what is said and to what remains unspoken, which often enables me to sense quickly what someone truly needs. I apply this same attention and clarity every day in supporting European apartment owners in Tangier.
My professional background is in education, guidance and organisation within large institutions. There I learned to structure, maintain an overview, safeguard quality and communicate clearly, even when interests, expectations or cultures differ.
I bring this experience into my daily work of coordination, management and practical follow-up for owners who entrust their apartment to me from a distance. Having made the move myself from Europe to Morocco, I live between two cultures. I understand European expectations regarding clarity, planning and agreements, while also experiencing from within how things work in Morocco — more relational, less formal and often organised differently. This dual perspective allows me to bridge cultures, prevent misunderstandings and clearly translate situations from one context to the other.
I speak Dutch, French, English and German fluently and can make myself reasonably understood in Spanish. I am also beginning to understand and speak some Darija. These language skills enable me to communicate clearly and carefully with both European owners and local partners, and to avoid misunderstandings during supervision, maintenance and coordination.
Both verbally and in writing, I ensure that agreements, expectations and practical matters are defined clearly and carefully. For apartments that remain unoccupied for longer periods, I provide regular inspections, precise feedback and well-structured reports. Whether it concerns supervision, photo updates, coordination of works or practical organisation, I maintain an overview, keep communication clear and ensure that everything is properly followed up.
In summary, I am both a connector between people and an organiser with a strong focus on quality. I look after your property and everything related to it as if it were my own home — with care, clarity and commitment, with respect for both European culture and the Moroccan way of living and working.
