The Subscription
We provide professional and reliable supervision of apartments in Tangier for owners who are not always able to be present. Through regular inspections, clear communication and our local presence, your property remains secure, well maintained and carefully monitored. The supervision subscription focuses on continuous oversight, transparent reporting and the prevention of damage or unexpected situations during your absence.
Our Additional Expertise
Our legal and practical expertise forms a separate part of our services, available to anyone in Tangier, including those who do not use our supervision subscription.
The supervision subscription costs €50 per month per apartment.
During the first month, you may cancel the subscription free of charge.
After this initial period, a minimum term of six months applies to each supervision subscription.
Reports and Communication with the Owner
- Two reports per month by e-mail, including photographs
- At least one telephone call per month with verbal explanation
- Clear coordination and feedback on the condition of the apartment
- Handling of post and communication about it
- Communication regarding utility bills
- Information about maintenance and points requiring attention

Installation of a camera for enhanced supervision inside and/or outside the apartment.
The purchase and installation of the camera are at the owner’s expense.
A Wi-Fi subscription is required and is also at the owner’s expense.
We can send video images or selected clips digitally to the owner.
The cost of sending images depends on the desired frequency.
This service is always arranged in advance by mutual agreement, so that the conditions and any additional costs are clearly defined.
Our Supervision Is Adapted to the Climate of Tangier
An apartment in Tangier requires a different approach from one in Northern Europe. Its coastal location, warm climate and the influence of Sahara dust have a direct impact on materials, installations and air quality. This is why locally based, climate-aware supervision is essential.
During our inspections, we pay particular attention to salt corrosion on metal components and air-conditioning units, the accumulation of Sahara dust and sand, and the correct functioning of air-conditioning systems. Installations are operated regularly to prevent damage caused by inactivity and, if desired, air-conditioning filters are cleaned according to a fixed schedule.
We also pay special attention to ventilation and air circulation in order to prevent damp and mould, especially in apartments that remain unoccupied for long periods. Thanks to our on-site presence, we identify these climate-related risk factors at an early stage and prevent minor issues from developing into costly damage.
